Hatha Basics

Learn essential poses and techniques for the foundation of your practice. Suitable for all levels. Terrific for Beginners.

Slow Flow

A creative sequence of classical postures designed to maintain vibrant health, increased energy, and a healthy, pain-free back. A well-rounded class for ALL Levels of practitioner.

Yin Yoga/Yin+Yak

Gentle and restorative postures that target and release the connective tissues. A relaxing practice appropriate for all levels. Wonderful for beginners.

Rise & Shine

This uplifting morning class is designed to gently awaken the body and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Through a mindful blend of breathwork, vinyasa flows, and ending restorative stretches, you will work to build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of balance from the inside out. Everyone is welcome to practice at their level, and variations/modifications will be offered.

(On the first of the month, the class does 30 minutes of Yoga for Bone Health)

Ashtanga Led Primary Series

The complete ashtanga primary series guided by the traditional count in Sanskrit. This class is an hour and a half; Ashtanga experience recommended.

Lunar Vinyasa

A moving meditation of postures connected through the breath. Great for relaxing, stretching and de-stressing!

Ashtanga

An invigorating practice of sun salutations followed by standing and seated postures, including inversions and backbends. An integrated practice for optimal health and vitality. Short Form Ashtanga is an abbreviated version of the full Primary Series and perfect for those new to Ashtanga!

Prana Vinyasa

An energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. A dynamic dance of postures that are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect.

Prana Power Vinyasa

An invigorating, core-intensive vinyasa flow designed to build strength, stamina and balance. A challenging sequence of postures which include standing and seated poses, backbends, inversions and arm balances. You will sweat! Suggested for those with an established practice.

HIIT Vinyasa

Similar to Power Vinyasa, this intensive class adds high-intensity interval drills to the mix to up-level your cardio capacity and physical strength. Strong and sweaty! Suggested for those with an established practice.
